At BeautifulPiercing.com we pride ourselves on our customer service. Being a family run business we feel that we give a fantastic service and support that's unbeatable thoughout the internet. Also we provide a very personal touch which is hard to come by on the internet.

We ask that you allow up to 21 days for your goods to be delivered (we are usually much quicker and usually within 5-7 working days)

All orders are shipped at the international standard rate, if you would like your order delivered faster just select express delivery at the checkout.

UPS is also available for larger orders - contact us for details.

Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that gemstone colours will be identical to those on our website only because computer monitors display color slightly differently
